I was born and raised in the small town of Monroe, I am a 4th generation Oregonian. I don't move around much in any aspect of my life. I moved to Eugene at 19 and married my High School sweetheart, we have a teenage daughter attending Willamette High School. My career in the automotive industry started soon afterwards. In the beginning I was a secretary and dispatcher for A&M Collision Repair and Towing Service and then moved up the ranks to Office Manager. Through my experiences there I learned a lot about the automotive industry and vehicles. After 17 years of dedication I was given the opportunity to go work for Bill Filley at Prairie Road Automotive as a Service Advisor. Bill felt that his shop needed the feminine touch in the Service position. He helped me learn how important an advisor's position is, gave me the tools, the training and the confidence to succeed in the position. After a year of working as a Service Advisor at Prairie Road Automotive, Bill offered me an opportunity to move to his other shop and help improve the processes. Dan Bryan's Automotive has a great team, Gene Rolston and I are the Service Advisors. Gene was previously the Service Manager at Dunham Olds Cadillac for 37 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the office.
Gene and I have the same ideals as far as honesty and integrity with our customers. We treat each customer like we would treat a member of our family. We believe in being honest and educating our customers regarding repairs and service. At the end of the day you walk away from your work with two things, your name and your character. Gene and I will gladly service your automotive needs and help you feel good about the experience.
I am now the Operations Manager over both Dan Bryan's Automotive and Prairie Road Automotive. I look forward to taking a bigger role in the continued growth of both businesses as the word continues to get out about the top quality work and the integrity of the employees. The technicians at both shops have extensive automotive repair backgrounds and are continually upgrading their education as the technology changes. Each member of our staff averages over 80 hours of training per year.
