Ron  is a 5^th generation Oregonian was raised in the Portland metropolitan area and moved to Lane County where he married and is raising his family. After 18 years in law enforcement he began a carrier in insurance by opening a Farmers Insurance agency with offices in both Eugene and Springfield. In 2002, Ron was asked to join Pacific Benefit Consultants, Inc.  Specializing in employee benefits, health, dental, and life and disability insurances.
